Smooth formula and is almost like a marker type felt tip. It’s tapered but better for a thicker eyeliner look. Once it dries it doesn’t budge which is great. Just give it a minute to fully dry so you don’t accidentally smear it. It came off easily with an oil based cleanser.
I thought this was a bit thicker and more inky than my preferred liner but that could be because this is brand new and full of ink. It still draws a fine line but it's very easy to make it too thick and blocky since it delivers so much product with so little pressure.
It's also very black and I prefer a dark brown liner for a more subtle, natural look.
Stays put without bleeding or smearing but washes off easily enough when you want to get it off.
No listed ingredients on the packaging which isn't nice. Probably has terrible ingredients like most makeup products in this category.
Goes on a bit heavy. Maybe just need to get use to working with it.
This is a really great basic liquid felt tip eyeliner. It works as good a the one I’ve used for a decade by Madeline. The color is solid jet black. I recommend!
The pen is smooth, highly pigmented, and does not rub off at all (without water). I'm able to make a super sharp line, which is what I always look for.
