Soak a cotton pad with an eye makeup remover (bi-phase, micellar, cleansing milk, or oil). Press over closed lashes for 10–15 seconds to dissolve the waterproof film, then slide downward. Repeat if needed. Rinse away residue with lukewarm water and finish with a gentle face wash. No rubbing, no tugging.
Yes. Look down into a mirror, press the brush at the roots, wiggle, then sweep up. You can curl first, the springy brush helps reinforce the lift as you layer.

You may be overloading the tip. Wipe the excess on the neck of the tube, then apply with slow root to tip strokes, combing through with the wand. Separate with a clean lash comb while the formula is still fresh.
Replace after six months for freshness and eye safety. Do not add water or saliva. Keep the cap tightly closed and store at room temperature, away from heat.
Let each coat set for 10 to 20 seconds before blinking fully. If you sweat heavily, press a clean tissue to the brow bone and under-eye to catch moisture rather than wiping.
