How to apply

Follow the steps:
  • 1 Swirl the wand around the inside of the tube to coat the bristles. Avoid pumping the wand in and out to prevent extra air from entering the tube.
  • 2 To avoid clumps, wipe off extra mascara from the tip of the wand - that’s where the excess product tends to build up.

Received product that expires in one month

I placed an order for this mascara right at the beginning of January 2023 and the tubes I received have a best before date of Feb 2023 at the bottom! That’s less than a month before I need to use all of them up. I suspect this must be old product and that this company isn’t updating their website or warehouse inventory often, which I should have known all along because a lot of other things are sold out on the website. Very disappointed and I won’t be ordering from here again.

The worst customer service

I ordered 3 pieces. I got 3 pakages with a short expiration date. The mascara is chunky, crumbles under eyes. I have been using Vivienne Sabo mascarsa for many years, so I know how should it look like. I wrote a message to the customer service but never got an answer.

The worst customer service

I ordered 3 pieces. I got a product with very short expiration date. Mascara is dry, contain chunks. I wrote a message to the customer service and never got an answer. Waste of money.
